- Jurisdiction: The most crucial difference. A DHA license is valid only in Dubai; a DOH license only in Abu Dhabi.
- Exam Format: While all use Computer-Based Testing (CBT), the MOHAP system sometimes requires an additional Viva/Oral assessment, which is generally not required by DHA or DOH.
- License Transfer: All three authorities recognize the PSV report. After successfully practicing for a specified period (usually one year), a nurse can apply to transfer/convert their license to another Emirate’s authority, often without needing to retake the exam.
