These terms apply to your use of mirabookgem.com, run by Mira Book Gem (“we”, “us”). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Your account
- Please give accurate details when you register, and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account is for one person. Please do not share your login.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Ebooks, study guides and memberships
- What you buy is for your own personal study. Please do not copy, share, resell or upload our ebooks, PDFs or study guides anywhere else.
- Prices are shown on each product page and at checkout.
- A membership gives you access to what its plan describes, for as long as the plan is active.
- Upload-to-Unlock: each valid resource you upload gives you 30 days of access to locked resources, as explained on our How It Works page. Access locks again when the 30 days end, and a new valid upload renews it.
- If there is a problem with an order or a download, or you have a question about a refund, contact us and we will look at it with you.
Educational content only
Our resources are for study and review. They are not medical or nursing advice, and they do not replace your school, your employer’s policies, your licensing body or official exam materials. Always check clinical information against current, trusted sources before using it in practice.
Resources you share
When you upload a resource, you confirm that:
- you created it, or you have permission to share it;
- it contains no patient information of any kind;
- it does not break anyone’s copyright or other rights;
- it contains no harmful files.
You keep ownership of what you share. You give Mira Book Gem permission to store it, show it on the site and let members download it. We may remove any resource at any time, for example if it breaks these terms. You can ask us to remove something you shared.
Chat and community
Please be respectful in the chat room, the live chat and comments. No harassment, spam, advertising or patient information. We may remove messages and block users who break these rules.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation. If you need to change or cancel, please contact us as early as you can.
Jobs and events
Job listings and events may come from other people and organizations. We do not employ the advertisers or guarantee their listings. Please check details directly with them.
Our content
The text, logo, design and resources created by Mira Book Gem belong to us. Resources shared by members belong to the people who shared them.
Other websites
Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
No guarantees
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We cannot promise it will always be error-free or available. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by using the website or relying on its content.
