Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my family?
Yes, most countries allow you to bring your spouse and children. The US (EB-3) and Canada (Express Entry) grant them Permanent Residency status immediately, meaning your spouse can work and kids can go to school.
Do I need bedside experience?
For the USA, yes—agencies typically require at least 12 months of current, acute care hospital experience. For the UK and Aged Care in Australia, clinic or community experience is often accepted.
Is there an age limit?
The USA has no age limit. Australia and Canada have point systems where you lose points after age 40-45, but it is still possible to migrate with enough experience.
What if I fail the NCLEX?
You can retake it after 45 days. However, each attempt costs money and delays your visa. We highly recommend investing in a focused study guide to pass on your first attempt.
